and life hasn't been as pleasant as i thought
everyone's just trying to save their own souls
with everyone around me having a mask on
with all those fake smiles and deceiving pretenses
after thinking for quite awhile
did i finally realise.
its reality they're trying to avoid isnt it?
but after thinking further
it dawned upon me that thats something i've been trying not to face too
the truth just seems so hard to accept sometimes
and no one wants to accept the consequences behind the truth
Everything is like a mask opera
and i, with many others, happen to be the actor behind the masks
i wonder what happened to the world full of love and peace
and now everything seems to be just the opposite
with war breaking out, and starving children on the streets
while rich idiots driving lamborghinis, being indifferent to the surroundings
and spoilt asses throwing food on the floor
its like money revolves around everything, anything
including the happiness, that i once thought could not be bought
and including love, which seems to be disappearing in our world
i dont deny that i'm not like that
but the world just seems to disgust me
and nothing seems fair or right anymore
and so i thought of the song
